Privacy policy and support information for BeeCome on the App Store.
BeeCome is a small, focused app for personal growth through story and reflection. If you have a question, run into a bug, or want to share feedback about how the app could be more useful, we’d like to hear from you.
We typically reply within a few days. BeeCome is built and maintained by a small team — we read every message but cannot promise instant responses.
Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and follow the prompts. Deletion is immediate and removes both your server-side record and the local data on your device. See our privacy policy for the details.
Sign in with your email and password from a new device. Your account and progress will resume. Your local journal entries do not sync across devices in plaintext (they’re encrypted on each device), so journals written on the lost device cannot be recovered if the device itself is lost.
If iOS’s Reduce Motion accessibility setting is on, BeeCome shows still images instead of the video backgrounds and the moving illustrations in the story. This is intentional — we respect the system accessibility preference.
To see the videos, turn Reduce Motion off:
Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion (toggle off)
Then reopen BeeCome. The videos will play.
If you keep Reduce Motion on, the app still works the same way — you read the story, walk the practice days, write to the coach. You just see the still poster frames instead of the animated versions.
Please email us with a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened, and we’ll investigate. Including the iOS version and your device model is helpful when you can.
Not yet. Export is on our list. If this matters to you, let us know — it helps us prioritise.
BeeCome’s source code is hosted on GitHub. If you prefer to file a public bug report rather than email, you’re welcome to open an issue at the project’s repository.
Thank you for using BeeCome.
